Through my work at Cibo Studios, I was able to design and execute social media content strategies for an agency client that was the 15th largest bank in America (by deposits). By implementing best practices, I was able to increase their social media followers on Facebook & Twitter by over 30% in just one month's time. Further, I helped to integrate social media strategy around the client's offline events and charitable involvement, as well as addressing customer service issues on social channels. Throughout my tenure, I also trained bank executives on how to effectively use social media to engage customers.
