Joint arrangement: After 25 years of running a small business on Haight Street, Tim Parker thought he’d seen it all — until he set up a Girl Scout cookie stand in front of his Escape from New York Pizza store with his daughter.

No sooner had the cookies come out than a denizen of the street came over and thrust a balled fist in front of the girl — then opened it, revealing a palm full of marijuana.

“Are you tying to sell my daughter pot?” Parker asked.

“No,” the denizen replied.

“Trade.”
